Former Virginia Governor Jim Gilmore has announced that he is forming an presidential exploratory committee.
"They want somebody who if they make a promise, they'll keep it," the Times Dispatch reports Gilmore as saying. The former governor, also called himself a "Reagan conservative."
Gilmore would be one of the best choices for President that the Republicans could choose.
