Paul In New Hampshire

Congressman Ron Paul was in New Hampshire recently. Paul said that he thinks "the Republicans have failed to live up to their commitments to smaller government."

The Congressman and 1988 Libertarian presidential candidate also brought up where he stands on the War in Iraq. Paul, unlike the leading GOP contenders, has been opposed to War and still is. "The worst thing that could happen to al-Qaeda is for that war to end," Paul said to a crowd of supporters.

Congressman Paul also mentioned his future political career may be involve leaving his home state of Texas: "If this exploratory committee doesn't go well, maybe I ought to consider moving here and running (in) a statewide race."

Ron had a very successful trip to NH, raising $14,000 from just one 150-person house party!
