Brownback May Back Giuliani!

Former 2008 Republican presidential candidate Sen. Sam Brownback, who is stauchly pro life and anti gay rights, may endorse Rudy Giuliani. The two were set to meet today. "I’m going to meet with him and I’m going to talk to him and hear what he is specifically saying now because he’s changed on a number of the abortion issues ... I haven’t decided who or if and I haven’t decided when [I will endorse someone]," Politics1 reports Brownback as saying.

This comes from the same person who just last week predicted that Rudy would not get the nomination because he was pro choice. The president of the Iowa Right to Life, Kim Lehman, said that it would be "hypocritical" of Brownback to endorse Giuliani.

That is wierd, but actually not surprising to me. Brownback always seemed to me to be putting on his conservatism. Reminds me of some other candidates too...

Ron Paul is still the only true conservative in the race.
